What’s Happening at AIAAR

 

AIAAR (Regd.) organized a talk on the subject of Reflexology & Epilepsy on 30th July, 2009 at India Habitat Centre’s Gulmohar Hall.

100 members were present for the talk.

The talk was delivered by Dr. Krishna Dalal, Head of Bio-physics, All India Institute of Medical Sciences.

She gave the details of how she is working on epileptic patient and what result she gets on them thru reflexology along with the medication. She also showed the tables and graphs for the same.

A short film on myths of epilepsy was also shown which was admired by the present members that the presentation of certificates was to be postponed for a little while.

The students who successfully completed the FR course were awarded with the certificate, blind students also got the certificates for successfully completing the course.

All India Association of Acupressure Reflexology (Regd.) Governing Body Members meeting was held on 10-11-2009 and it was decided unanimously that with immediate effect, the Annual Membership will not be entertained any more.

Any one who wishes to transfer his/her current year of Annual Membership to Life Membership should contact AIAAR ® office or email at aiaar94@gmail.com.

Annual General Meeting

Date: 13/Mar/2010

The Annual General Meeting of the Association was held on 13-March-2010 at Human Care Charitable Trust Park, Saket. Lunch was also arranged at the venue with the help of Mr. Thareja and Mr. Trilok Singh.

Around 30 members attended the meeting and around 12 new students were awarded their basic certification at the AGM.

Members have unanimously passed last year accounts.

All the members also passed that from now on all who wishes to do basic course from AiAAR will have to do 4 to 6 sessions of community service at any of the Association Centres at Saket* or Vikram Vihar*.

 

 

* These centres are being run with the help of Saket Residence Association and Prashanti.
